Default Looking for new Wheels / Tires?

If anyone is looking for new wheels or tires let me know. A friend of mine just opened his new shop and I can get you killer deals. I'm just trying to help him get things started. Shop around and find your best price then let me know. I can almost gaurantee he will beat the price. He beat the best price I could find anywhere (even Flea-Bay) by $450.00 for me on rims and tires. I'm not trying to use this as an advertising medium, just trying to help a friend out as well as help us Volvoholics save a few bucks.

Thanks,

Cam

http://www.uniqueautotrenz.com

But he carries more than just what's on there, if you see anything out there you like he can get it. I picked mine for the Audi off of www.wheelpros.com . They carry a lot of wheels on there (ie: American Racing, KMC, Lorenzo, Dale Jr Series, Helo, Boyd Coddington, Weld, Diamo, Moto Metal, Montegi, Lexani, Alba, Asanti, Luxury Symbolic, TIS, Ice Metal, etc, etc) or of course there is always www.tirerack.com. The wheels I got were Lorenzo WL21 18x8's.

Hey there is a guy selling a set of titans right now on turbobricks.com

Nevermind Jim. It is the same seller as the one here, and you are already talking to.

I just called him to see what the best price he can do is. He was with a few customers at the moment and I am awaiting a return call. I will let you know as soon as I hear something.

Thanks,

Cam

He found the Titan's for $250 / wheel. He could not find the Peg's. I've never shopped those wheels so I'm not sure what they normally sell for? Let me know.

Thanks,

Cam

I can get refurbished Titans for $175 each, and I was looking for a better price than that. My son got a real good deal on six Pegs and I might be able to talk him out of the two extra and buy two more, but they are silver. He refinished four for his car in Anthracite and the look real good.

$175 is a good price. I will check with him in the morning and see if he can do any better.

I just called Waltrip Volvo (1800-689-0021) and talked to Don. These are brand new OEM Volvo wheels. Titans $285 each and 17" x 8" Pegasus for $160 each, plus $60 shipping for all four. Probably going to go with the Pegs.

Cool. I will still double check with him in the morning and see if he found anything on the Pegs. I know the price he was quoting me on the Titans were also brand new.

I called back on the Pegs. The $160 is for the silver Pegs. The anthracite Pegs are $260 each. Volvo is also offering a $200 rebate until the end of February if you buy a set of four wheels. If I buy any I would want the anthracite, but definitely not willing to pay $100 more per wheel.

Totally understandable. You probably would be best to go through Volvo with the rebates and all. When I started this thread I was intending on people looking for aftermarket wheels. Sorry I couldn't help you out this time Jim, maybe next time.
