Make shift heated seat...
Just recently it's gotten pretty cold where I live.. actually just yesterday... anyhow to keep extra warm for my drive in the morning, I've been using an inverter and a heat pad in my seat. I did some googling before just to make sure it was ok. Some people were against it, and some people say it should be ok. I just wanted some insight from some of the people from the forums! So what do you think?
Thanks,
Evan

I would try that too if I didn't have heated seats. I don't see anything wrong with what you are trying to do so long as you are safe with the electrical connections and not carried away with the heating pad. I worry about water getting on the electrical once the snow gets here.
Out of curiosity, what were you planning on using? I am picturing an electric blanket style rig draped over the driver's seat.
