its sounds terrific! tooo louddddd... the air comming out of that port is tremendously strong lol....

I need to figure out a way to stop the trunk rattles completely. I used a ton of this dynamat stuff its layer on my trunk so heavy and it stills shakes it badly lol. I guess the trunk has two pieces, Im trying to figure out a way to get inbetween them.

 

Nice...Even with the sound dentening material the car will still rattle a little.

and if you dont have it already...put rubber spacers in the licence plate to keep that from rattling.

 

i guess the trunk is composed of two panels on top of each other, so all the noise is comming from those two pieces. i wanna slip a piece of dynamat in there and i willing to bet that will get rid a lot of my vibrations..

I've always loved JL stuff. That has to sound great, just hope you don't blow the lid off the trunk...lol. I have an old school W7 15 (think it's a W7, it was the competition series with the big a$$ magnet) in my Mustang and it sounds pretty damn good. I love the looks of their new subs like yours. There is another type of dynomat stuff (can't remember the name) that is about half the price and does just as good.
