Are you going to be polishing the metal pipes in there? I would totally do that on my wagon, but I plan on doing a FMIC so they would already be shiny.

I polished the only pipes that can unless I replace the plastic ones with metal ones.
But the entire intake will be polished eventually.

oooooh, nice. How much work does it take to polish the intake? I've seen a few threads about it here and there. I don't know if I want to polish mine, or maybe use some of that high heat paint and paint it black, I think that would look pretty cool too

Maybe I'll do a nice paint job then. I think black intake would look cool. Maybe I'll try to paint the top of the motor too.

Noice. Never thought of painting the caps. What about cleaning the actual body under the hood? The yellow? I think that would just finish it off.

Nope it is going to be a pain because it has factory sealer(Clear) all over the place.

Aw man. I don't get how all you guys keep that heat shield that's on the fire wall sooo clean. Both of mine on my 850's are all brown and yucky looking. Think I can just scrub that off?
