Will be gone from the boards for a while
Hey all,
First off I want to thank all of you for the help I've got on my Volvos. I have now owned two 850's and have loved them both.
I've grown out of my desire to own a wagon, so I am trying to sell the car which is proving to be difficult, as not many people want a wagon.
But, there is a gentleman interested in trading me a 95 Jeep Wrangler for my 850. It needs a little bit of body work, but since Jeeps hold their value and popularity much better than an 850 does outside of we Volvo gear heads, I believe I could sell the Jeep and get into a much nicer 850, C70, V70, or an S60 T-5.
There's nothing really wrong with my wagon other than an oil leak from the pan, some weird creak in the suspension when you turn the wheel to lock while parked or doing a SLOW U-turn, and a few other odds and ends things. I'm tired of the interior panels rattling. My 95 GLT NEVER sounded like my wagon did and rode amazingly. I am also actively hunting an R down, but that's also hard.
But fear not, folks, I'll still pop around here in off topic and the classifieds.
But hey, if anyone's up for a trade wagon for sedan, you know where to come.
Thanks all,
Aaron

False alarm guys.
I decided that the Jeep wasn't for me. I realized that I needed to be totally sure on what I was doing, and after going out to eat tonight for my birthday and sitting around working on the wagon that I was too indecisive.
So, the quest will be to simply keep searching for the perfect 850 turbo sedan that I feel is good. We're talking mildly low mileage in excellent shape with up to date maintenance.
You're all stuck with me.
