I have a 244 DL with a sunroof AND 5 speed OD transmission. It was a reliable driver, but has some needs now. Underneath is not rusty. There is some surface rust on the body. Tires are OK, interior is OK. I bopught the car about 4 years ago. it would run for about a half hour and then stall. I replaced the in tank fuel pump, fuel pump relay and finally the ecu and it became a reliable driver. Also installed new control arms. I then sold it to my son-in-law. The OD has burned out. It is not currently running as it needs an alternator. This car is worth saving as it is a fairly rare car as outfitted. I was thinking about $1000. You can email me lyons(AT)aol(dot) com.
