I would fix the ac if I were you and if you really want to sell the car. I live in Texas and there is no way I could pay 4400 for a car that does not have ac. I would look into fixing it, I'm sure its not a big deal. What happen to the R wheels? Your car looks to be in decent shape. Good luck.
