1999 volvo v70xc awd. Automatic, power everything. leather seats. not a spot of rust. 206,000 miles

Two weeks ago, there was a big squeal, and now there is a bad rattle on the right hand side (driver in U.S.) of the engine. I'm pretty sure the timing belt skipped and damaged the valves on that one cylinder. The car is parked....my wife and I bought a new VW, so this one has to go.

Also, the driveshaft has been removed, so its running as a 2wd car. The rear trunk power unlock doesn't work (have to reach over the seat to lock or unlock...still opens from outside...just no power lock). The rear wiper also doesn't work. There is one seam in the driver's seat that has let go...the leather is good...just the seam let go. The ETS light has been on and off for about a year. One headlight wiper is a little out of line. Some of the plastic cladding is faded.

Everything else works great. Power doors, locks (except trunk), windows (rear passenger window sounds bad....but it works), moonroof, etc. As I said, no rust what so ever.

I'm asking $1000. I can't deliver. And I wouldn't drive it. Probably needs a timingbelt, some pulleys, and either a head or valve job. Make an offer. (I can scrap it for 700, but would rather see it end up in the hands of someone who could use it.)
