Swedish parts, final assembly Belgium. The car was purchased in January 2000 so it's the earlier reliable V70 model.

I have the other seating piece that was original to the car (never used) if you do not want to use the child booster seat.

Air conditioning is ice cold

maintained, oil changed every 3000 miles. Tires in good shape
new tailgate lock assembly - had previously written that there was an issue

The car has been reliable, and is fun to drive as it's 5 speed. I love the car, and I was torn about getting a new car (for years), I am now going to do that, but want to make sure she has a good home first.

Hi, I do still have the car. After over a month of test driving and deciding on a new 2016 Volvo, and getting a full price offer for her, I decided to keep Sweedie because she was longer, and narrower than the 2016...and a 5 speed.... and then I started to consider whether I really needed a wagon. So, yes, Sweedie is still mine, and I will be looking for a new non wagon car probably in two to four months..... so not selling her immediately. Let me know if that timeframe works for you.

 

I would be interested. I had a 2000 Volvo V70 in a 5 speed that just got T-bone and totalled in accident. I loved that car and am looking to replace it. With the timeframe. I would like to get something sooner than later as I am in a rock and a hard place of finding a vehicle, but I would wait for the right car. The Volvo V70 in a 5 speed is rare, but especially 2000 is rarer than 1999 or 1998.

That being said, the two - four month timeline is not entirely out of the question. I may go the option of getting a temporary Volvo and wait til yours comes available, but obviously if I find a 2000 that I really like, given how rare they are I may need to move on it. Let keep in touch and see where you when you want to sell it. If I am still looking I'll give Sweedie a good home
