It is in very good condition and it comes with the seatbelts and the mounting hardware, everything required to install and use the seat. I've been selling third seat kits for Volvos for well over 20 years now. The price is $775, plus the shipping. Volvo intends to make these kits only available in a Brand New Volvo purchase.
