Aside from the head gasket the car is in perfect order it does start . I would have it fixed but I am joining the military and my wife says it has to go to. Car boosts stock psi at 10 lbs. He probably means rare because although its not an R it looks like one. Plus he put money in it and made the car look good. Although it still needs a head gasket. I feel like i gave my platinum wagon away with no problems.

 

Car looks good and looks clean. But it's not rare by any means.
