I have a new, unpainted rear bumper cover for a Volvo 850 wagon. Too big to ship - located in western CT, Sold the car so I'm giving it away or its off to the dump. Will consider delivering nearby for cost of gas/tolls.

 

Is this the plastic part that oxidizes and gets chalky? Is it still available? I live in Norwich, work in Chester, and am willing to come pick this up if it's what I think it is.
