Default 2020 XC90 Clicking Noise

We just purchased a used 2020 XC90 T6 for my wife, and we are experiencing some loud engine noises. I will post a video of the idle, but we are also hearing a ticking during acceleration. My thoughts are this is the supercharger, but I brought it back to the dealer and they say all these noises are normal for this car. I find that hard to believe so wanted to post here. We absolutely love this car, just want to figure out these noises. Let me know your thoughts!

No those are not crickets! (yes I understand your use of the word crickets)

If you pull that engine cover off you will see it's mostly foam - as a noise reducer. It's not doing it's job!
Just purchased - Take it back and try again! Perhaps that's why the car is for sale. My 2020 is on a 3 year lease, still one more year. Why was this 2 year old car for sale? Here's what my 2020 xc60 t6 with 28000 miles sounds like.
