I started hearing a noise when the motor was turning over. Once it starts it runs fine. I replaced the starter two years ago. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have a 2000 four winns volvo penta 3.0. Here has been a horrendous crushing commotion when I attempt to begin the boat. I have supplanted the starter two times it actually won't begin. I have taken out the flash attachments and they have no water on them. I might want to physically turn the wrench however my consonant balancer doesn't have a bolt on the front to turn the motor. How would I turn the motor physically so I can really look at the flywheel?
