2000 C70 suspension parts compatable with other models?

I know this post is a month old, but I figure it might still need answering.

The short answer is yes. To find out exactly which models it is necessary to know which parts you have. The nice thing is that several websites make it easy to look all that stuff up.
Ipdusa.com allows you to cross reference their parts. Click on the part and click where it says Vehicle Fitment Guide. If you expand the drilldowns it will show all the years and submodels.
Rockauto.com also does a cross reference, but not as complete. Use the catalog to find your model, choose the part (if it is listed), then click the Mfg part number and a popup will show the other years and models that share the part.
