When there is heavy rain my fog lights sometimes turn on (even when the switch is off) on their own, and the only way to turn them off is to pull the fuse. Well last night / yesterday there was some heavy rain while I was away and my neighbors let me know my fog lamps were on. I wasn't able to come home to the pull the fuse and no one else had keys so they were left on until the car battery died

Well when I did come home this evening I jumped the car, and now the fog lamps won't come on anymore. I also noticed that the high beams won't come on (the low beams turn off if I hold the leaver, but I don't hear the thunk when I click or hold the leaver and no matter what the high beams never come on). Additionally I noticed that the electronic overdrive light won't come on, although it is working perfectly fine.

Here is the kicker though... The other day I posted on a different forum and asked about some issues I was having with my odometer. I ended up having to pull the instrument cluster (on Sunday) to inspect the odometer gears and found a cracked one. I temporarily fixed the gear with some super glue while a new one is being shipped to me and so far its working great (yay!). But after I reinstalled the cluster I didn't check everything so I do not know if the high beam / overdrive light is related to the fog lamp problem or if I messed something up when I reinstalled the instrument cluster!
