I just bought the car and the turn signals & emergency flasher lightsflash at times and at other times they don't and the turn signal arrow is lit. I suspect the turn signal flasher is bad. Would someone tell me where it is located and how to get to it? Thanks in advance.

 

It's on the lower left side of the centre console.
