Hi so I just bought an 84 242 turbo. I really hate the headlights, what are my options? I would much rather have the round headlights and flat hood, or the newer style big rectangle ones. I did a little research and I believe if I find the round headlights and retainers out of an earlier model it will bolt right up if it's pre-86. What about the newer ones? What do I need to get those to fit in?

 

I had an 84 Audi Quattro with the four light set up and I hated the 85s with the single rectangular ones. Volvos made the same move. For the Audis installing the euro headlight buckets was the the best look (along with getting e-code specs). Check on eBay to find euro lights for your 240.
