1986 240 DL Overdrive Problem
Hi all,
My 1986 Volvo 240 DL manual shift with overdrive will not shift into overdrive (5th gear) when engine/transmission is cold. Depending on the outside temperature (especially in the winter time when it gets very cold), I may have to drive for approx. 10 miles before it will shift into fifth gear. After that there are no overdrive problems. Does anybody know what the issue is here? Thanks. Ulli
