I didn't think there even WAS a 'speed' governor on these, just a max RPM, it cuts the fuel off at the redline so you don't blow up the engine.
to go higher RPM, you'd need stronger valve springs to prevent valve float. and probably forged pistons, rods, and god knows what all else if you want to do it more than once.
