i have a 1990 240 volvo that turns over just fine but the engine will not turn off even when i remove the key. i replaced the ignition switch only to still have the same problem. right before this started happening i was replacing a bulb in the center console underneath the shifter and also replacing a fuse. i saw a few other posts with the same problem but no one seemed tohave a solution. any new ideas?
