Default 1990 740 wont start please help

I have a 1990 740 and it was running fine until i went out one day and it wouldnt start. It cranks hard but just wont start. I dont hear the fuel pump kicking on. The white fuel pump relay clicks i checked 2 fuses for the fuel and there both good but i dont have power and the in tank fuel pump fuse with the key on. Any suggestions? What else should i check? Is that fuse suppose to have power all the time? thanks for the help

The white relay should click twice. Once when turned on and again when you crank.
On the side of the relay there should be a date how old is the relay?

Sometimes you can hear it other times you can't.
I would check for power at the fuel pump plug in the trunk.
