1990 940/740 3rd Seat Compatible with 1990 240

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has used a 1990 740 or 940 3rd row seat in a 240? I have an opportunity to get one out at a salvage yard for my 240.

pretty sure they are quite different in size and attachment. 740/940 are probably compatible with each other, but 240 be a whole different frame.
