Messing with fuel is dangerous so I will give you fair warning before attempting to service the system. I prefer outside with fire safety equipment handy.
I suggest removing the filter and also the connection to the fuel rail. Check for flow by using low pressure air. You may have blockage in the line.
Also, you may not have cycled the key enough times to get fuel pressure all the way up the system.

How do you know you are not getting fuel to the rail. How are you measuring it. Also how much fuel is in the gas tank. Is it greater then half a tank. Does the car start at all. Does the fuel pump run for a few seconds when you turn the ignition on. Are your spark plugs wet or dry. Need more info.

I pulled off the line to the fuel pressure regulator and the line is bone dry. I’m not very experienced with working on cars so I’m doing my best lol. I don’t have a fuel pressure tested so I put my thumb over the regulator had a buddy turn the key and try to start it and it cranks over but I couldn’t feel any pressure. How many times so I have to cycle the key? Never done anything fuel related before

How many tomes ones do I cycle the key. The car has now been sitting for a month because I haven’t figured it out and don’t have the funds to visit a shop.
