1991 Volvo HELP
Hello - just did an engine swap but FORGET how some of the connections go.

- Where does the BLUE negative battery cable tie down to? The engine?
- How does the OIL separator hook up? IE Hoses?
- There are 3 hose connections on the intake I need guidance on.

the battery negative cable goes to the chassis near the battery platform, should be a flat slot with a big bolt hole.
the vacuum nipples on the intake manifold connect to various things that need vacuum, including...

- brake booster (larger diameter than the others)
- hose through the firewall for the ventilation controls
- charcoal vapor canister
- ignition controller on 240 models up to 1988 that use Chrysler ignition (not applicable to your 91)
- .... anything else that uses vacuum, that I'm not remembering offhand
