1992 240 Cranks, but no spark
I have a 92 240 that cranks but has no spark, this car ran ~3 months ago.
I have already replaced the ignition control unit (power stage) and the CPS (crank position sensor). The coil has been resistance tested but other than that condition unknown.
There is power getting to the coil, there is no spark from the coil, so the distributor is out of the question.
The only indicator I have that something is wrong is the diagnostic system does illuminate when the button is pressed, but gives no codes.
If anyone has other ideas that would be great.

Is there an injector pulse? ($5 noid light )
Fuel system/relay/pump turning on for 2 seconds when bumping key?
No 111 code at all, in position 2 or 6. Injectors will not function until spark is confirmed. Fuel system will run manually when jumped, but the lack of spark prevents it from starting.
But all that is no matter now. I bought a new coil at Autzone for $30 and it fired right up. I guess it was the easy option all along. The old coil felt like it was lacking all the fluid inside after removal.
