Default 1992 Volvo 240 N/A Fuel System Issues

I have a 1992 Volvo 240 that was having idling and power issues. Fuel Injector 2 started leaking a few months ago and I replaced the seal. It stopped leaking and then came back. My car is running rich and you can smell the fuel. I believe fuel is being dumped into the engine unnecessarily. I did some research and found that a bad coolant temperature sensor could cause the engine to get an excessive amount of fuel. When I first changed the seal and put it back together the car wouldn't run. It would start for a second or two and then stall. I assumed air got into the fuel system when replacing the injector so I got the excess air out and still the same result. I then tried unplugging the AMM to see if that would do anything and the car started right up. It idles high and runs ok. Driving under 40 mph it doesn't run as well and sometimes when I try to accelerate the engine will sputter with no power for second and then pick back up. The AMM is nice and its a Bosch so I don't think its faulty. I have some other ideas such as the fuel pressure regulator, which I replaced with a new one 4 to 5 months ago. I also noticed that when I replaced the hose running from the fuel pressure regulator to the nipple on the air intake, the end of the hose attached to the FPR gets split at the end. Maybe there is a lot of pressure coming through the hose? My only other thought is it could be the idle air control valve. I don't think it is my spark plugs or distributor or any of that. Because the car has always ran fine and I replaced those parts less than a year ago. I have also had an oxygen sensor code but the car seems to have ran fine until recently. Thanks for any help.

if the vacuum hose is split, its leaking, which will mean your fuel pressure will be too high when driving with small throttle openings (high manifold vacuum).

replace that hose, you can use generic vacuum hose $0.15/foot at a corner autoparts store, bring a piece in so they can match it for size.

the idle valve ONLY affects idle. its switched off as soon as the throttle is cracked.

Now when I replaced this hose before the car still ran the same. And if the idle valve only affects idle then I can rule that out. I am dealing with some serious fuel delivery issues. The car ran fine until I took off the injector to replace the seal and thats when it started acting up. Im also getting codes 212, 121, and 322. The AMM is unplugged so that is why im getting the 121 and 322. But I have had the 212 for a while.

Could this also be causing my injector 2 to be leaking?
