1993 240 engine shake

My 1993 240 idles rough and has started to run like it is missing after new air flow meter installed by my mechanic. Also the engine shakes a lot at idle. Need help.

It is probably misfiring. Pull a spark plug or disconnect fuel injectors one at a time and see if the idle changes.
