hoonk,
It's a crank no start issue.
Also, when I did have it running, the car would die on the road occasionally especially on hot days. Then after a minute it would start right up again.
But now it just cranks and won't start at all.
Fuel pumps come on and car starts and runs when I jump #6 fuse to #4 fuse. Other wise no power to #4 fuse.
I've tested all fuses, the ignition switch module, the main fuel relay and all grounds.
I'm trying to figure out how to test the stop-start switch at the base of the automatic transmission lever. Haven't figured that one out yet.
And I'm about to test the ignition control module next to the battery.
Still, even if the ignition control module tests ok, it's old and might fail every time it gets too hot.

Is your crankshaft position sensor OK? Your symptoms point to the CPS--I'd look at that first.

I might be wrong, but I was thinking that if I got a pulse signal coming to the ignition control module then that would indicate the crank position sensor would be ok.
It'll be a couple of days before I can get around to test the ICM.
