Default 1993 Volvo 940 no start

I have a 1993 Volvo 940 NON turbo but will not start. It cranks over but wont start. I have changed the relays inside, crankshaft position sensor, and cleaned the maf. I changed the ignition switch and has new fuel pump and filter. I tested the injectors off the car and are shotting gas. I changed the multi purpose relay by the battery in mine says its for the injectors but still nothing. Starter battery and alternator are good so are the plugs and wires. One thing i saw was im getting fuel in the fuel rail but not out. So im not sure what not giving the injectors juice to open up or if it could the regulator on the fuel line.

Have you looked to see what diagnostic fault codes you are getting? It might help in pointing you in the right direction. The link below explains the process. Reading the codes is really easy. Sorry I can't help you more.

Tea the only thing it said was the iac,and for some reason a3 is solid when i make contact with it and remains that way. I since have changed out the valve but no difference. I cleaned the fuel line replaced two injectors new tbs i even switched the ecu since i read that could cause it. No better no worse

Well, I don't think there is anything left for you to replace! I was going to recommend checking Fuel relays and radio noise suppression relays but it sounds like you already replaced those. I found this sight, it may be useful, it may not. I only skimmed it briefly to see what information was there.

Welcome to the forum Mfunes

"New Member" is a place to introduce yourself and your car but isn't the place to post for help with your car. I've moved your post to your car's sub-forum so hopefully someone will jump in and help you.

What started the adventure? Don't tell me one day the car wouldn't start and you took the parts cannon out and splattered all these new parts "just because"? Every time you replace something it should be for a reason: how do you expect any diagnostic help after you have already done so much? I'd look at the CPS, the FI relay, the MAFS but you already addressed those, so what did you replace them with brand wise, new, used?

Volvo--do less!
