Default 1994 940 turbo
Hi! A friend of mine said that his 940 1994 turbo does not go over 60 mph because
the turbo is bad.
Is he correct?
How that can be determined?
How can i check if the turbo is bad or it is something else?
Is it hard to change the turbo?
