Hello. , I have at 1988 Volvo 240 DL. Red Engine Machine. I am 2 nd owner and have driven it for 14 years. She is my daily go to call. While
she has been a pleasure to drive, Id like to fine someone that love the 240 as I have. Im the 2nd owner. The first owner kept her in the garage and paint looks good still.
The car cranks and. runs well. Here are some. things that don't work. No air condition. No speed o meter. The heat and defrost started to smoke a little so I don't use it. The car. have about 300,000 miles... The body is in good shape , the driver seat is a bit wore and I don't think many people have riden in back sit. We are located in Burlington. NC.

 

check the speedometer wires from the rear diff, sometimes those get corroded.
