Finally getting me a 240 and will be part of the 240 club now! My wifes 850 will now have a friend in the driveway and I guess this makes us a Volvo family plus One Xterra for weekend trip and such!

Is $2700 to much to pay for a properly maintained 1990 240 115,000miles that has been always garaged? This thing isin great conditionon the inside, even the map pockets are intact and no crack in dash and everything works!

HOW MANY OF YOU USE A 240 FOR COMMUTING?

I would say that 2700 for a 240 with that few miles would be a great buy. I paid 2000 3 years ago for mine and it had 175k. By the way I like that big orange T. Every Vol fan should drive a volvo. Don't you think?

That is a good deal on a great car. It is hard to find 240s in pristine condition like that. Having one myself i can say that it is a great commuter car. It drives well and is good on millage. I would definately grab that car and take good care of it. with only 115k it will be a good car for you for a long time. Mine has 220k and still runs great. I'm sure you will love it.
