Default 240 ABS light on

Hi
I just bought a 1990 240. ABS light is on and seller said he crossed jumper cables once and the radio stopped working and the ABS light came on and has not gone out. I read that there is a fuse for the ABS under the passenger seat. I looked for it but did not see it. Does the seat have to be removed to access this fuse? I want to check the fuse before replacing the module.
Thanks for any advice

According to my Bentley manual : the ABS control unit and 10 amp transient surge protector, for the 1991 is behind the glove box. On 1992 and later it is under the left front seat.
