Default 240 crank but no spark...

Ive been trying to help a friend get her 1993 240 back up and running. Apparently when we would get heavy rain here in Hawai'i, the car would not start then after a day or so it would finally fire back up. Now we had a gnarly storm and she was driving and the car stalled on a little hill and the things never started again.
I checked the plugs no spark. So i changed the plugs cause they were super bad and i didn't get any spark off them. The distributor and wires are new and minting so i moved to the coil and it wasn't sparking, so since i had power going to the coil i assumed this was the problem. we changed it, it wasn't the problem. I also pulled the crank sensor as i had read this can lead to no spark no start on this forum, and it looked in good shape with no frayed or melted wires, and almost as if it had been replaced recently so i put it back. I changed all the fuses and cleaned up connection sites. Im not the best with electrical and ive run out of ideas and having a hard time finding the problem and i know I'm super close. Any insight or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Mahalos for your time
