I have a friend that is about to junk a 1989 240 DL...I guess the theres too much rust to bother fixing, I wanted to know since he has the same 4 cylinder engine, (minus the Rex Regina EFI)....Ignition system is different on his 240, the Distributer is where the alternator is in my 740 glt...anyhow, the tranny looks the same...would it fit being that his EFI is bosch? would like to buy it as an extra just in case my ever went...
