Default 240 Head gasket leak?

So my 245 turbo has a pretty sizeable stream of coolant under it after sitting for 2 or 3 days. It’s dripping down from the subframe under the A/C condenser. I went directly up from where it was leaking and found that my block was wet too, particularly under the exhaust manifold. where could it be coming from?
Thanks

side of the block under the exhaust manifold

dropping from a/c compressor and oil pan

I would look at the common places first - water pump shaft seal, and oring on top of pump where it meets the head. It's not common for red block head gaskets to leak coolant externally. Have you pressure tested the system? (with a radiator pressure tester)

I’m gonna pressure test it this weekend. I just wanted to get some insight on common leak spots. Thanks

Sometimes - when very worn - the water pump shaft seal leaks without pressure on the system, and stops leaking with pressure.
