Default Overhauling B230 engine

My '86 245 engine recently froze up. The car only has 300K miles, so I'm not ready to scrap it yet. I'll pull the engine out tomorrow. I'd appreciate any advice on buying new bearings and rings. My mechanic friend recommended rockauto.com; but they don't have main bearings or connecting rod bearings. Can someone recommend a good source? One more question. I was disconnecting the wiring harness tonight, and it ran through the intake manifold. It was hard to pull it out of the manifold, and I think when I reassemble it I'll run the harness around the side of the manifold instead. Can someone tell me if that's a bad idea?

I typically avoid Rock Auto for my Volvo 240 parts. I prefer to use FCPEuro.com, IPDUSA.com, or EEuroParts.com. They have some OEM brands and mark them as such.

Here are some main bearings: https://www.fcpeuro.com/Volvo-parts/...&b=5&d=34&v=11
