These parts should be available.

Try http://www.partsgateway.co.uk/.

They can search several suppliers and get quotes for you. Some parts will be used, others will be new. Used parts usually carry a warranty.

I have the same problem and would be interested to know what you find out. Please post your findings.
Has anyone tried replacing the Volvo headlights with something else, less expensive and brighter? ( is that sacrilege?)

hi guys, about five months back i posted a topic relating to the poor condition of my 240 headlight inserts. well i had to wait forthe new ones which tooksome time to arrive, and it took me even longer to get around to fitting them. well for thoose of you who may be interested its a simple task to replace the corroded reflectors with thenew ones, well worth the effort i say. cheers.

I recently had to replace the passenger side headlight and turn signal because of an accident the wife got in to. I have been unable to find repacement inserts in North America. I did find a replacement lens but it's not cost effective since the reflector would still need to be done. I found that eeuroparts.com has the best price on the complete headlight at $80.00 each with free shipping after $39 US or $139 to Canada although this is prior to the brokerage charge of $30.00 Can plus GST for Canadians.
