Hello, my '92 Volvo 240 has the original stereo with cassette player. Radio works. Cassette does not. Does anyone know of any cassette stereo replacements or how to get the original repaired? My goal is to get a working cassette player! Any info is appreciated, thanks!!

 

I'm certain there are plenty of used units that no one wants (with a cassette player) Places like Voluparts or Erie.com would certainly have vintage stuff for low prices.

 

Check eBay as well by doing a search for your head unit or car model.

 

There are several places that will repair your old unit. Just google it and you'll find them. Just be ready to pay $300-$400 for the rebuild.
