Sometimes when you get in car and pull driver's seat belt to buckle it, it won't unroll from the retractor. You can pull and pull, but it won't come out. A minute or two later if you pull, it comes right out. Is there something to repair, replace, or lubricate?

 

Retractors aren't serviceable, best to buy a new belt. And I mean new, it's your life! You can buy new replacement belts fairly cheaply from most decent auto parts stores or online.
