Default 240 Sedan Rear Quarter Panel

The rear quarter panel on my 93 Volvo 240 is toast, I was wondering if it is feasible for me to replace it in the garage or if it oughtta go to someone that knows what they're doing. I'm no expert in autobody. Looking at the panel makes me think it's too tall an order as this thing isn't just gonna pop off. I also have a feeling these panels are hard to find, maybe one of you could point me in the right direction?

Unless you have experience in auto body repair I suggest you take it to a professional as the panel needs to be welded in.

When you say it is "toast", is it all rusted out or been bent? If you have rust on the quarter panel then there is probably significant rust in other areas as well. Need to take a hard look to see if it is worth it.

It's bent beyond repair, I would have to buy a new one

Don’t even try. If the panel isn’t straightened before it’s replaced, it won’t line up correctly. Leave this to a professional. And, on that note, just because someone claims to do body repair, doesn’t mean they are a professional.
