Is this 240 worth it?
I've been really wanting to get into a 240 and I found this clean 91 240 on marketplace and was wondering if it was worth the price.

Worth it? In terms of cachet value or just a clean 30 year old car? To get some perspective check out bringatrailer.com and some other auction sites to see what similar vintage and restored cars sold for. Now go to Autotrader.com and see what else you can buy for $8000
Looks like a very nice 240, low miles too! As far as that, in comparison with other 240s on the market, it is worth it. If you want a good shape 240, your choices are limited, these cars are 30 years old now. If you are just looking for a car, not wanting a 240 in particular, $8,000 will buy you may be a "better" car, that's subjective. Of course, make sure that all is right with the car, pictures may be deceiving but the price is not exorbitant considering the market today.
You need that emotional factor to justify it. Only you know that. The price is about right - nobody is going to buy it and then flip it. If you are looking to get from point a to point b with little maintenance, then a 2012ish Hyundai Sonata is probably your best bet for 8,000 or less. But I would not sell my '93 940 for $8,000, so yes plenty of us value these cars at that level.
