Default 740 fuel pressure regulator

Do I need to replace this?

How difficult is it to replace?

It appears to be leaking, but it doesn't seem like fuel, it's dark and oily.

I would replace it. A fuel leak in that area could start a fire in the engine bay. It is not hard to replace you just have to know wether your car has a bosch or regina fuel system.

I see two fuel pressure regulators on FCPgroton, how do I tell if I have Regina or Bosch?

It's a 92 740 wagon (non-turbo).

You can use either in the Regina.
