Hi all,

I have a 1990 740 and would like to install a removable roof rack on it so as to strap and drive cross country a hardtop for a convertible which will weigh no more than 75 lbs. BTW there are no pre-existing rails on my 740's roof so I am looking for something that would clamp down, preferably on the sides of the roof.

Any recommendations you may have will be very welcomed.
