740 suspension upgrades???
Looking to upgrade my 91 740t suspension.
I'd like to drop the ride height a little and have it perform better around corners. "Look sexier and be even more fun to drive"
Has anyone else lowered theirs that can recommend any setups?
I understand a lower car isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it is for me. I don't want it slammed on the ground, I just wanna kill some wheel gap and shave off a little of the "grandma's car" look haha. Also would really like a little less body roll when I take corners.

Get some thicker sways on before you lower it, and replace the tired old suspension with new bushings/struts. That will do more for you than simply lowering it, besides,a lowered "granny car" will just look like a "granny car" with worn suspension.

You should consider buying a different car if these are your goals, 740s are about longevity, not picking up chicks. Your cars already red so it isnt very "granny" by my standards, now if it were gold on the other hand...
If you need more specific suspension mods have a look at pierces ride on his profile page.

yeah, the IPD sport springs, bilstein HD shocks, and IPD sway bars, along with replacing lots of bushings and stuff, will make your 740 about as sporty as you would want in a daily driver.
the ride on rough pavement *will* be harsher, busier, there's no two ways about that one.
