740 turbo/intercooler wagon worth purchasing?
My younger brother is currently selling his 92 740 turbo/intercooler wagon for $900. Given the condition that it is in now I'm wondering if any 740 owners would see this as a good purchase.
The shifter can be taken out of park without the key in the ignition.
The speedometer/odometer stop working about three months ago.
Had around 150k when the odometer went out.
The radiator leaks
The rear driver-side rim cracked about a year ago so he replaced the rear rims/tires with ones off his 88 740 sedan.
The hose from the sunroof is clogged and leaked into the passenger floorboard.
Boot on the passenger side needs to be replaced.
Its white with tan leather interior. no body damage
The engine runs good ; doesn't leak oil and hasn't given him any problems in the couple years that hes owned it. I have a 97 850 standard trans, so I'm not sure if it is normal to be able move the shifter out of park without the car being on. If I were to buy this car now it would be about four to five months until I could start putting money into it. As long as I can wash/wax it parked next to my 850 I have no problem waiting.
Any responses are greatly appreciated.

I found out today that the leak is from a hose, was expecting to have to replace the radiator. Also my step-father thinks he may have cracked a head as it overheated a couple of times. As much as Id like to buy it, It doesn't sound cheap if it is cracked.
