Default 86 240 Wagon, engine vibration

About 2 weeks ago I had some engine vibration start. I needed to replace the motor mounts so I thought that was the issue. I replaced all mounts to include the trans mount. I still had the issue, so I replaced the crank pulley. No such luck. Today I checked under the car for metal touching or anything that could transfer engine vibration etc. I found nothing that seemed to transfer the engine vibration. I will say that since I have replaced everything it is much better but still I have not found the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm starting to thing my catalytic converter may be bad.

Default Update

Update: Well it looks like my fan clutch is bad. I installed a new one about 5 months ago. I over looked it since I didn't cheap out and used a tropical Aisin clutch. I noticed today it has some play, so maybe now is the time for electric.
