88 740 high pitched sequel coming from under the parking break lever

So im thinking maybe a center support shaft bearing could be bad? if it is can i attempt to maybe see about getting some grease to it to extend its life shortly?

its a sealed bearing, once its frozen up and spinning in its rubber mount its toast
