I collected another volvo. This one's an 89 740 4 door, B230F, 5 sp manual. It had an underhood fire by the power steering pump caused by the high pressure hose rupturing and spraying power steering fluid on the exhaust manifold. Most of the damage has been repaired, except the are 3 studs in a triangular pattern sticking out of the front inner fender right above the power steering pump. Anybody know what goes there? I don't know if it's something important, no idea what belongs there.

They had plastic caps on them. There are three of them on the other fender where the ABS unit mounts. See pictures. I think they may have had a configuration of the car with the ABS on the other fender.
